UK-based Waterra, which supplies groundwater monitoring equipment, has been acquired by US company In-Situ in a strategic transaction that aims to increase the group’s market share across Europe.
Raisio has acquired British food producer Big Bear Group, maker of the Sugar Puffs and Poppets brands, for £82 million, allowing Investec Growth and Acquisition Finance to exit.
