Maven Capital Partners backs Vamosa

A second investment has been announced from the government’s Capital for Enterprise (CfE) Fund, in enterprise software company Vamosa.

Private equity firm Maven Capital Partners, which is managing £30 million of the £75 million CfE Fund, invested £1 million on the government’s behalf.

Andrew Craig, a partner at Maven, says, ‘Vamosa is an innovative software and solutions provider and we were impressed with their strategy to become the pre-eminent provider of [enterprise content governance] solutions to large corporations and governments across the world.’

Glasgow-headquartered Vamosa has recently launched a product that automatically locates and repairs errors in websites’ content management systems.
