Kroll Talbot Hughes in MBO

The partners of London-based Talbot Hughes McKillop LLP have announced the completion of an MBO of the UK-based restructuring business of Kroll Talbot Hughes from Kroll. The buy-out involves the London-based team and the business will revert back to its original name, Talbot Hughes McKillop. The terms of the deal were undisclosed
