HP has announced a deal which will result in the acquisition of all of Printelligent’s privately-held assets, including infrastructure, software and workforce.

The deal will puts HP in the position to bolster its managed printing services for business clients, particularly for small and mid-sized clients. Financial details of the purhcahse are undisclosed.
