Ethel Austin sold to former owner

Bust clothing retailer Ethel Austin has been sold to Life & Style Retail, a new company set up by Ethel Austin’s former owner Elaine McPherson. The deal saves 90 stores, while the remaining 41 are still scheduled to close within the next fortnight. Administrators MCR expect to ‘conclude a sale shortly’ for the related Au Naturale business
