EB2 bought by Texas company

E-commerce software supplier EB2 International has been acquired by Dallas, Texas-based Sabre Holdings. The company will become part of Sabre Airline Solutions, which provides services to airlines and airports. London-based ICON Corporate Finance advised EB2 on the deal
