    • Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group will likely fold one of its small consumer finance units into affiliate Acom Co a newspaper said on Wednesday. The latest move by a Japanese bank to strengthen its position in the struggling consumer lending market

    • InBev is planning to put its South Korean beer business up for sale, sources said on Tuesday Sept 2, in an effort to shed a non-core asset and raise what could be roughly US$2bn for its purchase of US brewer Anheuser-Busch
