Bristol-based law firm Veale Wasbrough has merged with London rival Vizards Tweedie. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Bristol-based law firm Veale Wasbrough has merged with London rival Vizards Tweedie. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The combined firm will be called Veale Wasbrough Vizards and will have 46 partners. The firm’s headquarters will be in Bristol, but it will continue to operate from Vizards’ office in London.
Simon Heald, managing partner of Veale Wasbrough, said that the deal was part of the firm’s strategy to strengthen its national offering in education, charities and healthcare.
The firm will be headed by Heald and will have a combined turnover of £22 million.
