Based at Stansted airport, HTS is an established aircraft engineering service provider, specialising in the placement of aircraft engineers and technicians to complete turnkey packages of work for major airfreight and passenger operators worldwide.

The company was founded in 1999. The operation of the business is the provision of aircraft engineering services, such as line maintenance, defect rectification, engine changes and routine maintenance servicing on numerous aircraft types.

A team from Bird Luckin, led by corporate finance directors David Enser and Sarah Cruise, were appointed by RBS to carry out financial due diligence on the transaction. Bird Luckin’s dedicated corporate finance team were able to meet the tight reporting deadlines required on the transaction.
