Portrayal and Peninsula merge

South West England-based printers Portrayal and Peninsula Business Systems have merged to create a company with sales of £11 million. In addition, South African office automation company ITEC has invested in the combined business, allowing it to remain debt-free. Due diligence was conducted by Baker Tilly
