The deal comes after the recent acquisition of UK PR firm Lexis Public Relations. M Booth was founded by Margi Booth and Brad Rodney and both will retain senior management positions in the business. The company generated revenue of $10.4 million and pre-tax profits of $1 million in 2008.
In the six months ending January 2009, Next Fifteen reported strong trading figures, with an increase in revenue of 10 per cent to £33.5 million, while pre-tax profits were up 15 per cent to £3.55 million.
In a trading update, Next Fifteen chairman Will Whitehorn said: ‘The group has been looking to make use of its strong balance sheet and has been pursuing several small acquisitions.’
