The IPO was managed by nominated adviser Lazard & Co, with Numis Securities acting as broker. Legal services were provided by a team led by Richard Spedding, a partner at Travers Smith.

Carey Olsen Jersey Corporate Group partner Nicholas Crocker, instructed by DLA Piper UK, led a team that advised on the Jersey elements of the listing and its documents. This included contributing to the new articles of association and the admission document and obtaining Jersey regulatory consents. “This listing re-confirms the standing of Jersey as a preferred jurisdiction for AIM listed companies,” Crocker said.

EAG’s executive chairman, David Lahar, said this is an important step in the company’s development.
